Radiant Heat Protective Performance Tester GT-C96
The GT-C96 radiant heat protective performance tester is designed to evaluate the thermal protection performance of materials exposed to radiant heat sources. This material test equipment is used for the Radiant Heat Level C Classification Test of heat-resistant gloves, protective clothing and boots.

- The radiant heat source utilizes PID control to maintain temperature accuracy within ±1°C.
- The sample holder features a water-cooled plate that supports tap water circulation or an optional cooling device.
- A pneumatic automatic axial displacement system moves the heat source to protect operators from high-temperature hazards.
- Operators can load samples without needing to manually reposition them during the testing process.
- An integrated computer stand on the right side of the material tester saves laboratory space and improves operational efficiency.
- Two copper calorimeters are provided with the radiant protective performance tester, allowing one to be used for active testing and the other for calibration. The calibration calorimeter is supported by a metrological certificate from an authorized institute.
- The calorimeters are made from imported oxygen-free superconducting copper to ensure stable specific heat capacity.
- An air-cooled heat dissipation device enables the calorimeter to cool down rapidly between consecutive tests.
- The professional data acquisition card supports a high-speed sampling frequency of 20Hz.
