Heat Transmission Resistance Test Device GT-C95
This material testing instrument is designed to evaluate the thermal transmission performance of textiles, fire-fighting supplies, and various protective materials. By exposing the specimen to a certain amount of heat flux fire source, the heat transmission resistance tester measures the time required for the temperature on the back of the sample to rise by a specified increment (△t=24℃) via a calorimeter. This duration serves as a critical index for assessing the material's heat conduction and thermal protective properties.
Features
- This heat transmission test device features a digital display for monitoring of flame temperature, measured temperature, and test time
- The burner supports oil/gas combustion and utilizes a flame nozzle with inner and outer ring air holes to ensure flame stability and uniformity
- The calorimeter is positioned within the upper sample holder, ensuring direct and consistent contact with the specimen
