Features of the Down and Feather Testing Machine
1. Thanks to the automatic air blowing system, feather and down are maintained in their natural conditions, thus offering true and repeatable results.

3. Our automatic down and feather testing machine is driven by a stepper motor, and its speed can be regulated freely to meet the requirements of different standards.
4. The zero setting system is originally developed by us, and it provides the feather and down filling power tester with accurate data acquisition.
5. Our feather filling power tester is controlled by a single-chip microcomputer, and its working parameters are completely programmable so as to be compliant with various standards.
6. The down and feather testing machine is designed with an external feather collection device used to collect feather and down after test, thereby helping operators out from heavy work.
7. The automatic feather and down filling power tester is outfitted with a touchable LCD and a built-in printing interface, and it could store up to 50 groups of test data to facilitate result enquiry.
