Application
This machine is used for the TDM cutting resistance grading test (cutting force measured in N) of gloves, protective clothing fabrics, other textile fabrics, composite materials, rubber, and similar materials.

Features
- Touchscreen operation with an intuitive user interface and comprehensive display of test information.
- Built-in software includes an automatic blade correction coefficient calculation formula, cutting data processing, and curve fitting functions, significantly reducing operator workload for complex calculations. The system also supports data storage, raw data review, and data export.
- The software supports algorithm upgrades in line with standard updates. It is currently upgraded to include calculation and output functions for the confidence interval (CI) and coefficient of determination (R²) of regression curves, complying with the requirements of ISO 13997:2023.
- An integrated thermal printer enables real-time printing of test results, and test reports can also be exported via USB.
- The control and transmission system adopts a high-quality branded servo motor, high-precision ball screw, and rotary encoder, ensuring stable operation and reliable, repeatable test data.
- Multiple blade options are available; blades imported from the United States or Japan can be configured according to customer requirements.
