Application
This tester is used for the radiant heat level C classification test of heat-resistant gloves, heat-resistant clothing, and protective boots.

Features
- The test device consists of a radiant heat source, a specimen holder, a dedicated copper calorimeter compliant with ISO 6942, and a data acquisition system with computer software.
- The radiant heat source adopts PID temperature control, with a temperature control accuracy of ±1 °C.
- The water-cooled plate of the specimen holder uses circulating tap water; a water-cooling device or direct tap water connection is optional.
- The heat source is equipped with a pneumatic automatic axial displacement control system, providing effective protection for operators from high-temperature hazards.
- Operators only need to load the specimen; manual movement of the sample to the designated test position is not required.
- An integrated computer stand is installed on the right side of the instrument, eliminating the need for an additional computer desk and improving operational convenience.
- Two dedicated copper calorimeters are provided: one for testing and one for calibration. The calibration calorimeter can be supplied with a metrological verification certificate issued by an authorized institute.
- The copper disc calorimeter is made of imported oxygen-free copper, ensuring stable and reliable thermal properties of the copper plate.
- The system is equipped with an air-cooled heat dissipation device for the calorimeter, allowing rapid cooling and quick transition to the next test.
- A professional data acquisition card is included, with a sampling frequency of up to 20 Hz.
