Universal Testing Machines with Custom Testing Solutions
Application
The chair seat pad and back testing machine tests the strength and durability of the seats and backrests by simulating the routine use.
The machine is equipped with two drive units, and can be individually controlled to repeatedly load the test points of the seat.
Through the setting towards different parameters, the machine can complete the following testing:
1.Seat and back static load test;
2.Seat and back durability test;
3. Seat front edge static load and durability tests;
4. Horizontal forward static loading test for backrest;
5. Headrest static load test;
6. Chair legs forward static load test;
7. Chair leg lateral direction static load test;
* If the customer additionally purchases the GT-LB01-7 pendulum, the following tests can be realized: Backrest impact test, armrest impact test.
Features
1. The main structure of the machine is made of aluminum profile, beautiful and easy to maintain.
2. Servo motor is introduced as the drive unit, which leads to a more accurate load test and smaller noise.
3. Using PLC (programmable logic controller) for touch screen controlling, allowing a more convenient operation.
4. In addition, electronically controlled loading system is adopted, so the testing room is largely saved.
