The machine is equipped with two drive units, and can be individually controlled to repeatedly load the test points of the seat.
Through the setting for different parameters, the machine can complete following testing on the seat:
1. Vertical static load test towards armrests;
2. Handrail durability test by enforcing an external force (10 degree from plumb line) on it
3. Seat front edge static load and durability tests;
4. Vertical static load test on backrests;
5. Foot rest static load and durability testing;
6. Leg rest static load test;
7. Armrest upward static load test (need to tie the weight test);
8. WordPad vertical static load and durability test.
Features
1. The main structure of the testing machine is made of aluminum profile, beautiful and easy to maintain.
2. Servo motor is introduced as the drive unit, which leads to a more accurate load test and smaller noise.
3. Using PLC (programmable logic controller) for touch screen controlling, allowing a more convenient operation.
4. In addition, electronically controlled loading system is adopted, so the testing room is largely saved.
