Horizontal Impact Tester GT-N51
Application
The horizontal impact tester is designed to evaluate a package or product’s ability to withstand horizontal impact forces. It is commonly used to simulate impacts that occur during handling, transport, and sudden stops in logistics environments.

Features
- Test Sample
Place the test sample on the test trolley. The allowable sample weight range is 20–1000 kg. According to the test method, the sample can be made to impact different test surfaces.
- Impact Trolley
The trolley is used to hold the test sample. It is made of 45# steel for high strength and impact resistance, ensuring no deformation during testing. Trolley dimensions can be customized according to customer requirements.
- Control Box
The control box uses a PLC with a touch screen interface. The impact speed is adjustable in the range of 1.0–1.5 m/s (other ranges can be customized). The program includes protection and warning functions during testing to help ensure operator safety.
- Motor
A high-precision variable-frequency motor is used to control the trolley impact speed. Speed control is managed by an encoder, providing high accuracy and precise release positioning.
- Trolley Release Device
A cylinder and brake-pad structure is adopted so that, once the target speed is reached, the trolley is released in a very short time. The sample on the trolley then impacts the impact plate.
- Impact Plate
The impact plate is made of 45# steel, offering high strength and maintaining its shape without deformation under repeated impacts.
- Rail
The rail is manufactured from high-strength, low-friction steel to ensure accurate test speed and to extend the service life of the testing system.
- Impact Plate Reinforcement Column
Reinforcement columns support the impact plate to prevent deformation during impact.
