Machine Structure
Component Description
- The impact cart is welded from 45# steel, providing excellent impact resistance.
- The sliding track uses i-beam and high-strength parallel rails to reduce the friction between tracks and wheels during testing.
- The impact plate welded from 45# steel is welded from 45# steel and remains undeformed under an impact energy of 1000 kg.
- A variable-frequency motor and reducer drive the impact cart upward before release, allowing it to slide freely. The impact speed is automatically calculated during the sliding process.
- A displacement encoder is used to measure the impact distance during testing. The desired impact speed can be set through the PLC control program.
- Lifting cylinder: The track stays horizontal during sample installation. At the start of the test, it automatically lifts to a 10-degree angle.
A dual-cylinder system improves the stability of the impact angle, prevents lateral shaking of the impact table during testing, and increases the lifting force of the track.
- A lifting chain is used to raise the test plate.
- A hydraulic buffer is installed to reduce the impact force between the impact cart and the impact plate.
